1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from MOVO Packs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a purchase. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Digital Products & Licence

All products sold on MOVO Packs are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the products as specified in the product listing. Products with Master Resell Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR) may be resold according to the terms specified. You may not claim intellectual property rights over products you have purchased unless explicitly stated.

3. Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments. We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and EMI options. Your payment is processed at the time of purchase, not delivery.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation. You will receive a download link on the order success page and via email. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please contact movopacks@gmail.com with your order ID.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not: (a) redistribute products as free downloads without authorisation; (b) use products for illegal, defamatory, or harmful purposes; (c) claim products as your original creation where not permitted; (d) attempt to access our systems or databases without authorisation.

6. Intellectual Property

The MOVO Packs brand, logo, website design, and original content are the exclusive property of MOVO Packs. The digital products themselves are subject to their individual licences as described in each product listing.

7. Limitation of Liability

MOVO Packs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
